Formerly Slow, Bataan-Style Death March to Gear-Based Baby Preparation Gets Helicopter Ride In Form of Baby Shower

My baby shower was this past weekend! It was great. My mom knocked herself out finding a great space and directing all the catering herself, and the guests showed their appreciation by giving me a ton of stuff.

It was a great day. Lots of love. And, as you can see, we're now totally ready for baby.

T Minus 6 Weeks...

Six weeks usually seems like a long time to me, but in this case, not so much. 

He can take his time - but I'm pretty psyched to hold this guy with my arms instead of my abdominals.
